Hello, I'm Rebecca, a fully trained and experienced Power Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. My yoga classes are held at Studio Sixteen in central Petersfield - they offer a supportive and inclusive environment for yogis of all abilities. Modifications will be given for those who are relatively new to yoga. equally, if you're eager to work hard and create a sweat you'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself and reach new levels of physical and mental fitness.

WHAT IS POWER VINYASA YOGA?
Power Vinyasa Yoga is a wonderful, dynamic form of yoga which builds strength, increases flexibility and improves your overall physical health and well-being. We flow from pose-to-pose in tandem with our breath which calms the nervous system, creating a sense of inner peace and calm. This style of yoga is suitable for people of all levels, as I will offer modifications and variations to suit your needs.
