We flow from pose-to-pose in tandem with our breath which calms the nervous system, creating a sense of inner peace and calm. Our group yoga classes in Petersfield are suitable for people of all levels, as modifications and variations can be offered to accommodate individual needs and abilities. It is a wonderfully uplifting practice that promotes self-discovery and personal growth, both on and off the mat.

We spend time focusing on breath while practicing power yoga, this allows the flow of Prana, the universal life-force energy to bring vitality, balance and peace to your body and mind.

These classes allow me to work closely with you and offer dedicated support, while providing the flexibility to practice in a setting of your choice. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, flexibility, or overall well-being, I’d love to help you on your unique yoga journey.
